Khandwa, Nov 22 (ANI): Addressing a public rally in Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh, BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi slammed the Congress party and said that the Congress makes false promises and never keeps up with their promises. Further, he talked about the Congress' anti-poor policies and said that Congress started taxes on the export of cotton, whereas subsidized meat selling and exports. He also said that the Congress government had promoted the liquor market by selling the rotten wheat to liquor companies and not giving the surplus wheat grains to the poor.
