New Delhi, Oct 12 (ANI): Inspite of being just one film old looks like actress Alia Bhatt has found her place in filmdom. And now, the Student of The Year actress dreams of having her own accessories and clothes brand one day. "Having your own brand requires a lot of guts. I would love to do it someday launch my own accessories or clothes brand," said the actress at a recent event. She said that her own brand value has to be that accessible for her fashion label to work. "I will work on it every time I get an opportunity," added Alia.

Aamir buys sea-facing house worth Rs 60 crores

New Delhi, Oct 12 (ANI): Buzz has it that Bollywood Actor Aamir Khan has bought a house at Carter Road, Bandra, where he had been apparently staying on rent for the past several months. A source close to the actor says, "The deal was struck for Rs 60 crore for the 5,000 square feet sea-facing flat spread over two floors." The star had moved into Frida Apartments at Carter Road earlier this year when his home in Marina Apartments at Pali Hill was undergoing renovations. He was paying a monthly rent of Rs 10 lakh for the flat. Turned out the owner had promised the actor that he would sell the place only to him.

How kissing can help you find 'Mr Right'

New Delhi, Oct 11 (ANI): A study has revealed that kissing helps people judge the quality of a potential mate through their taste, smell and fitness. The study, which was done by Oxford University, found that kissing was a way of getting a partner to stick around. The online survey of 900 adults showed that men and women, who were more attractive or had more casual sex partners, were more selective in choosing mates, and valued kissing more highly. Robin Dunbar, experimental psychology professor at the Oxford University, said that initial attraction such as facial, body and social cues play an equally important role in courtship stages, later followed by kissing in the deeper stages.

Big B turns 71, launches scheme to light up homes

Mumbai/ Kanpur, Oct 11 (ANI): Bollywood's living legend and megastar Amitabh Bachchan turned 71 on Friday. On this occasion, Bachchan launched a scheme for those whose homes are still dark without electricity. Bachchan said that he felt relaxed after launching the scheme through the trust named after his father, the renowned Hindi poet, Dr Harivansh Rai Bachchan. Bachchan was a rage among the Indian cine goers in the 1970s and 1980s and is still amongst the most popular in the country. Bachchan later, also conveyed unhappiness on the retirement of Indian Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, who announced he will retire next month after playing his 200th test match at home against West Indies. Fans across India celebrated the birthday of Bachchan with great fervour.
