Ram Charan's wife Upasana Konidela has shared a beautiful video from the day her twins were born and expressed heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, well-wishers from across the world, and the mega family fans.

Upasana Konidela, who was recently discharged from the hospital, took to her X account to share her excitement on February 9. She tweeted, "Every time I watch this, my heart feels full. I'm deeply grateful for the love, strength, and positivity that surrounds us. With folded hands , THANK YOU My family is truly blessed. Upasana thanked mega family fans. She added, "To RC's fans and well-wishers, I know your love comes from a place of goodness. I trust you will always protect our children & respect their safety ❤️ To everyone across the world who prayed for us — your blessings will be cherished forever. "

Ram Charan is married to Upasana Kamineni at the Temple Trees Farm House in Hyderabad on 14 June 2012. The couple had their first child, a daughter. On 31 January 2026, the couple gave birth to twins – a boy and a girl. Ram Charan's father Chiranjeevi broke the news of arrival of the babies on social media.

Chiranjeevi Konidela tweeted, "With immense joy and a heart full of gratitude, we are happy to share that @AlwaysRamCharan and @upasanakonidela have been blessed with twins - a baby boy and a baby girl. Both the babies and the mother are healthy and doing well. ✨"

Meanwhile, the megastar thanked everyone for their prayers for his family. He added, "Welcoming these little ones into our family is a moment of pure joy and divine blessing for us as grandparents.
