That Sara Ali Khan has a massive crush on Kartik Aaryan, is one of the worst kept secrets of the industry now. The diva herself has spoken time and again about how he makes her go weak in the knees.
Sara Ali Khan, who has blown away our minds with her fabulous performances in 'Kedarnath' and 'Simmba', had made headlines when she had said on Karan Johar's talk show, 'Koffee with Karan', that she would want to marry Ranbir Kapoor and date Kartik Aaryan. However, on RJ Malishka's show, she had revealed that she isn't interested in Ranbir any more but would love to date Kartik Aaryan. Upon being prodded further by the RJ, Sara had said that it was in her childhood that she had a crush on Ranbir Kapoor. She also added that her change of decision had nothing to do with Ranbir Kapoor dating Alia Bhatt since "ye sab toh chalta hai."
Well, that makes us wonder whether she actually outgrew her crush on the Kapoor lad with age, or did it have anything to do with Kareena Kapoor being a member of her family now? We can't ignore the fact that Ranbir Kapoor is, after all, Kareena Kapoor's cousin brother. And, if you look at it, Kareena Kapoor is Sara Ali Khan's stepmother and technically, Ranbir Kapoor would be her maternal uncle. Not just that, if Saif considers Ranbir his brother-in-law, even in that case, Ranbir would be her maternal uncle.
We can't help but wonder whether the Kapoor and Pataudi family angle is what made Sara distance herself from Ranbir Kapoor.
Though, it is all a mere speculation we would love to see Sara Ali Khan with Kartik Aaryan. Don't you think they would make an excellent pair? We sure do!
