A tourist bus came under fire from masked gunmen in Egypt's capital city of Cairo on Thursday. 

The firing occurred at the Barcelo Cairo Pyramids Hotel, according to The Cairo Post. No casualties have been reported.

There were a few Israelis among the tourists who came under attack, Reuters reported. One of the gunmen has been arrested while the police are reportedly closing in on the other suspect.  

This is the latest attack to hit Egypt's capital in the last few months as Islamist extremism has led to scores of terror attacks. It is not clear which group was behind the incident on Thursday. 

Tourists and tourist destinations haev come under attacks in recent months. Last June, a suicide bomber targeted teh famous  Karnak temple in Luxor in Egypt. No tourist had been injured in the attack.
