Shah Rukh Khan, Bauua Singh, Zero
Shah Rukh Khan as Bauua Singh in ZeroTwitter

On Wednesday, social media was abuzz with fake reviews of Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film Zero which will hit the theatres on Friday (December 21). And while film critics, journos and distributors have flagged their fake accounts that have been tweeting about Zero, Bauua Singh, the dwarf character played by SRK, has given a hilarious and witty reaction to the reviews that have taken the internet by storm.

"Ama yaar abhi tak picture humne kisi ko dikhayi nahi, ye review kahan se aa gaye? Itta bhi mat pheko ki lapeta hi na jaaye (Buddy, where are all these reviews coming from when we haven't even shown the film to anyone yet? If you have to spread lies at least spread believable lies)," read the tweet from the official Twitter handle of Bauua Singh after fake reviews of Zero started going viral on social media.

Shah Rukh Khan plays a dwarf for the first time in Anand L Rai's directorial and it took almost 5,000 to 6,000 VFX shots (which is 1,000 more shots used in SS Rajamouli's Baahubali) to help SRK completely transform into Bauua Singh.

Zero presents the story of Bauua, a vertically challenged man essayed by Shah Rukh Khan which is set against the backdrop of Meerut. Born to a wealthy family and raised in an environment of affluence and indulgence, Bauua was never failed by Meerut or its people. But when he meets two women (Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma), his experiences with these women take him on a journey to complete his 'incompleteness' and broaden his horizons to find a purpose he never knew he had.

In the trailer, Shah Rukh Khan is seen trying to woo Anushka Sharma, a scientist who moves around in a customised wheelchair. Katrina Kaif, on the other hand, is a ravishing superstar who loves the bottle and Bauua equally, it seems.
