Music director Yuvan Shankar Raja, who is also known as Abdul Haliq, welcomed a baby girl with wife Zafrunnisa Thursday, April 7. The little one's birth coincided with his late mother Jeeva Rajayya's birthday. His sister and singer Bhavatharini was the first to announce the news on Twitter.
She tweeted: "My bro Yuvan got a baby girl on my mom's birthday... God bless @thisisysr @vasukibhaskar @Premgiamaren @vp_offl." Now, the music director has revealed on Twitter that both the mother and baby are doing fine.
Musician Yuvan Shankar Raja married Dubai-based fashion designer Zafrunnisa in January 2015. It is the music director's third marriage after his first two weddings ended in divorce.
Yuvan Shankar Raja had earlier tied the knot with his childhood friend Sujaya Chandran in March 2005, but their relationship ended with divorce in 2008. A few years later, he married Shilpa Mohan at Tirupathi in Andhra Pradesh. Unfortunately, even this relationship failed and the couple separated in 2014.
