The Redmi Note 5 series was one of the Xiaomi's best selling devices not only in China but also in India and other international markets. Now, it is all set to bring the successor dubbed as the Redmi Note 6 along with the top-end Pro series.

Xiaomi phone (model number:  M1806E7TG) understood to be the Redmi Note 6 Pro has been spotted on Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website revealing that the device will support dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth LE, LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, and GSM, reported 91 Mobiles.

The website also showed that Redmi Note 6 series runs MIUI 9, not the latest MIUI 10. We believe the device might get the update soon after the release. It can be noted that Xiaomi is currently testing the MIUI 10 on select devices and is slated to release it in phases to Redmi and Mi series only in September.

Nevertheless, the aforementioned device confirms the existence of the Redmi Note 6 series and it might probably see the light of the day in coming weeks. If we go by previous launch pattern, it is likely that the device will be initially available in China and will later be rolled out in India other regions.
