A new report has emerged that claims Apple will release the new line of the 2018-series of iPhones in mid-September.

Cupertino-based tech major is planning to launch new iPhones and is expected to commence pre-order service from September 14 onwards, just two days after product announcement day, Macerkopf cited a local German telecom company insider.

This means that the new iPhones will break covers on September 12. The insider also added the Apple will roll them out to the retail stores in the following week on September 21. The company will also be releasing the iOS 12 software from September 18 onwards for iPhone 6 and the later mobile versions.

Though there is no official word on the unveiling day, Apple historically hosts the fall event in September to unveil new iPhones and we believe the aforementioned report might be a real deal.

First up, the iPhone Xs Plus, as the name suggests, is the top-end model. It is said to come with big 6.5-inch AMOLED screen having a notch on top of the display along with a bigger battery.

On the other hand, iPhone Xs will be the successor of the iPhone X (2017) and comes with a 5.8-inch AMOLED screen. As far as the iPhone 9 is concerned, it will be most affordable among three with the price range of around $600.

All the 2018-series iPhones are coming with new generation 7nm Apple 12 processor and improved True Depth front-camera with FaceID capability. They will also be coming with a premium glossy shell having a good blend of metal and glass. Inside, it will be incorporated with improved wireless charging coil for faster charging.
