Celebrated in the premises of Narsingh Temple situated 50 Kms from Samba district, the mela signifies the end of winter days wherein days become longer and nights become shorter. The Mela is also known as Blanket fair and is popular for the fine quality of woolen sold here. From hand woven shawls to machine made ones all are bought here and sold.
