Mumbai, Nov 26 (ANI): Nation on Tuesday observed the fifth anniversary of the 26/11 Mumbai attack that shook the entire nation in 2008, as Pakistani gunmen stormed prime hotels and city landmarks killing 166 people and strained already tense relations between New Delhi and Islamabad. The Mumbai Police held a memorial service at the Gymkhana. Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan and top Maharashtra police officers were present at the event to pay homage to the martyrs. Sexual assault case: Tejpal moves Delhi HC for anticipatory bail

New Delhi, Nov 26 (ANI): Tarun Tejpal, the recused editor-in-chief of Tehelka magazine, moved the Delhi High Court for anticipatory bail in connection with his role in a sexual assault case lodged against him in Goa. Justice G.S. Sistani, before whom the petition was placed, will hear the matter on Tuesday. Tejpal has also sought transit bail to approach the appropriate court in Goa. On Sunday, the Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG), Goa, O.P Mishra, said that the team of police has left from New Delhi after carrying out the first round of questioning in connection with the sexual assault case involving Tejpal, and added that the investigation is proceeding in the right direction. Train derailment kills three people at Delhi railway station

Delhi, Nov 26 (ANI): At least three people were killed in a train accident at the Delhi railway station, on Tuesday morning, said Joint Commissioner of Police, Mukesh Chand Meena. According to fire brigade official, Manish Kumar, the accident took place when a train derailed while reversing to unload and load parcels from a platform and then breaking the wall, reached the footpath leading to death of the three victims.
