Madurai wore a festival look on Friday, August 3, as the temple town in Tamil Nadu hosted the grand audio launch of Seema Raja. Large cut-outs and banners of actor Sivakarthikeyan emerged at the venue and hardcore fans made it a memorable function. [Crawl down to find the links to listen to the songs and view photos]

Samantha, Sivakarthikeyan and many others from the team are expected to attend Seema Raja's audio launch function in Madurai. 

Bollywood's leading critic Taran Adarsh had flown to Madurai from Mumbai. He shared the news on Twitter and wrote, "The travel to #Madurai becomes memorable... What luck to find Mr @msdhoni sitting right next to me in the flight... My #FanMoment... #JetAirways #Dhoni #SeemaRaja – at Madurai Airport (IXM). [sic]"

"Madurai is the heartbeat of the Tamil film industry. The amount of love and craze the films command among the fans here is unbelievable. We were determined enough even before we could start the film that the audio launch has to happen only in Madurai. The swelling popularity of our hero Sivakarthikeyan is one major factor behind this decision," producer RD Raja was quoted as saying by The Times of India.  

"The core content of the film is hugely based on rural back ground of the southern part of our state, it weighed upon our mind and was a very conscious and consensual decision to conduct the event in Madurai. I am sure the fans and general audience will throng in huge numbers and make this event a grand success," Raja added. 

Seema Raja is an out-and-out comedy flick which has D Imman's music, Balasubramaniem's cinematography and Vivek Harshan's editing. Ponram, who directed Sivakarthikeyan in Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam and Rajini Murugan, is at the helm of the project.

The movie will hit the screens in September.
