Samsung, in collaboration with DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, unveiled super-hero Batman inspired Galaxy S7 edge Injustice edition in South Korea on May 27.
Earlier in the year, just weeks before the release of super-hero movie "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice League," rumours indicated that Samsung might unveil limited DC comic universe heroes based Galaxy S7 edge edition, but ithe plan didn't materialise even two months after movie hit theatres.

Now, Samsung has officially revealed the new Batman-based Galaxy S7 Edge Injustice edition, but this is not related to the movie. It's actually based on popular mobile video game "Injustice: Gods Among Us".
"We are excited to partner with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and offer a special edition of Galaxy S7 edge for fans of Injustice: Gods Among Us," Younghee Lee, executive vice president of Global Marketing, IT & Mobile Division at Samsung Electronics, said in a statement.
"Samsung always seeks to provide the best mobile gaming experience for its users, and this partnership reinforces our commitment to the game's fans," Lee added.
The new Galaxy S7 edge comes with deep black hued body with gold accents around speakers, home button and camera module. It also houses gold hued iconic Batman insignia on the back.
It also comes with batman's hand armor inspired pitch black hard-case cover, Gear VR (in select territories), along with Injustice game credit and Oculus VR content vouchers.
Except the external look, the new Galaxy S7 edge houses the same internal hardware as seen inside the original model.

The new Galaxy S7 edge Injustice edition will be made available in early June in select territories, including China, Singapore, Korea, Latin America, Russia and later in other regions, Samsung said.

However, the details regarding the price of the device are yet to be revealed.
