After tasting success with Iron Man series-based Galaxy S6 Edge, Samsung is reportedly working to bring DC comic universe heroes based Galaxy S7 Edge edition.

Korean media house Naver, citing sources, has claimed that Samsung is planning to launch "Batman v Superman" movie theme-based special Galaxy S7 Edge variant around March or by early April.

However, it is yet to be ascertained whether Galaxy S7 Edge will come in two different models – one representing Batman and another Superman.

Also, there is no word on if the phone will be a limited edition model like Iron Man series, which was sold in few select markets.

Samsung is yet to respond to reports of Batman v Superman edition phone. If this rumour does turn out to be true, the Batman model is expected to come with dark theme-based Bat insignia on the back, while the Superman model is likely to come with crimson hued character S (in planet Krypton, it means hope) engraving on the rear-side. Both the phones are also expected to have special themes and wallpapers to match the superhero costumes.

However, we urge our readers to take this report with a pinch of salt as these are just speculations based on last year's Galaxy S6 Edge Iron Man series.
