Samantha Ruth Prabhu, one of the most sought after actress down south, has turned 28 on 28 April. Many Tollywood celebrities have sent her birthday wishes through their Twitter handles.
Born on 28 April 1987, Samantha started her career as a model and later made her acting debut in "Ye Maaya Chesave" in 2010. She has played heroine in over 20 Telugu and Tamil films in a short span of six years and most of them have been box office hits. Currently, she is busy with shooting for "10 Enradhukulla", "24" and "VIP 2".
Samantha celebrated her 28th birthday on the sets of a Tamil film with unit members. On her Twitter page, she posted a photo featuring her celebration and wrote, "Cake cake and more cake!" She added, "Can't think of a better way to spend the day. Love you guys now and forever. #family "
