Director Sudha Kongara's Parasakthi starring Sivakarthikeyan, Ravi Mohan, Atharvaa and Sreeleela has received mixed reviews and average ratings from the audience across the globe.
Parasakthi is a Tamil-language historical political action drama, which has been dubbed and released in Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The film has been directed by Sudha Kongara and produced by Aakash Bhaskaran of Dawn Pictures.
Parasakthi is based on a true story, but the screenplay is amateurish outdated with cliched scenes. The first half is very slow and lacks grip and anything new or interesting. The second half is tedious and predictable and has lengthy narration, which tests your patience, say the audience.
Sivakarthikeyan has delivered a good performance, which is one of the highlights of Parasakthi. Sudha Kongaru also tapped good acting from other actors. The movie has a decent production values and rich visuals and amazing music are the attractions on the technical front, say the viewers.
