Nokia 9 PureView is one of the most debated topics since last year and consistent rumours and leaks are adding to the conversation. Nokia 9 PureView is closer to its official debut now more than ever and we finally might know when the flagship is launching in India.

According to anonymous sources, HMD Global has finalised the launch date of Nokia 9 PureView and the event could take place as early as this month, 91Mobiles reported. The global debut of Nokia 9 PureView will be conducted in Dubai by the end of January, post which the Finnish smartphone brand will bring the flagship to the Indian market sometime in February.

There's a lot of hype around Nokia 9 PureView, mainly for its penta-camera setup at the back. While there are no exact details of the camera specifications, it is widely reported that the five ZEISS-powered lenses will be capable of working simultaneously to capture detailed photographs and take smartphone low-light photography to a whole new level.

Nokia 9 PureView renders have leaked generously in the past and most recently the 5K renders alongside a 360-degree video preview of the handset gave a thorough look at the upcoming phone. Based on that, it's clear that the five sensors, LED flash and laser focus module at the back will form a perfect hexagon, which is something we haven't seen in a phone yet.

Other details of the Nokia 9 PureView include a 5.99-inch QHD+ display without a notch and PureView technology. There will be an in-display fingerprint scanner and the handset will be water and dust resistant. The glass sandwich design will also allow Nokia to offer wireless charging into the mix.

Under the hood, it'll pack Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 paired with 6GB/8GB RAM and Android 9.0 Pie OS out-of-the-box. Rounding off the speculated spec-sheet is a 4,150mAh battery. With all these features, the Nokia 9 PureView is expected to be priced around Rs 60,000, making it the most expensive Nokia phone from HMD yet a very competitive flagship in the global market.
