Netflix has a star-studded line up for this month. Apart from bringing some of the Oscar nominated and winning movies from the past, the online streaming website is bringing a slew of original presentations as well.

One of the most anticipated releases of the month is Brad Pitt's War Machine. Based on the book, The Operators: The Wild and Terrifying Inside Story of America's War in Afghanistan, the film is a satirical take on what happened when the US Army landed in Afghanistan.

While the first trailer was released in March, Netflix has released the second trailer of the movie. The film, though touching upon a sensitive topic, watches a satirical treatment to it. The new trailer also shows a series of hilarious moments that the movie has in store.

Giving the viewers a better look at the stern Pitt, the trailer reveals that a clumsy yet overly confident General McMahon is headed to Afghanistan to fight the war with one goal – to win. But things head downhill when a journalist makes it their mission to take him down.

The Netflix original assures that things will just complicate and confusing yet crazily entertaining. Though a number of actors and characters are revealed, Pitt's acting skills and his adaptation to the weird accent is amazing and bang on.

Sporting a weirdly coloured grey hair, the actor dons a never-before-seen avatar in the movies and it is assured that fans are going to enjoy his unusual role.

Apart from Pitt, War Machine features stars like Topher Grace, Ben Kingsley, Anthony Michael Hall and Alan Ruck.

This is the second movie that Pitt will feature after his divorce. His Allied released amidst the controversial period when he and Angelina Jolie were just separating. The film's thunder was stolen by the Brangelina split. However, in a recent interview, the actor confessed that he is attempting to clean up and mend things. There were also rumours that he was taking therapy to help him get back on track sooner.

War Machine is set to screen on Netflix from May 26.
