Justice League movie star Ben Affleck has struggled with alcohol addiction since 2001. Many even allegedly believed that his alcohol addiction was among the reasons for his separation from his ex-wife Jennifer Garner. The actress recently admitted the actor into a rehab center and is reportedly serious that Ben completes his rehab time.

The Fargo movie star previously received treatment for his alcohol addiction. He stopped drinking completely in March 2017 but after recent ups and down in his personal life that included his divorce proceedings with Jennifer Garner and his split with former SNL producer Lindsay Shookus, Ben Affleck started drinking again. Following his relapse, he immediately got in touch with Garner, who later staged an intervention for the Batman v Superman: Dawn of the Justice movie actor.

Even after splitting up, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have remained close. Both of them always has good things about each other to say. However, the actress is not letting her guards down this time when it comes to Ben Affleck's rehabilitation duration. According to HollywoodLife, the 46-year-old Affleck is reportedly not going to come out after a short stay in the treatment facility.

"Jen has made it very clear to Ben that leaving rehab is not an option right now, for him or the kids. Jen loves Ben with all her heart and she always will...he's the father of her children and will always remain dear to her, but she's growing weary of constantly picking up the pieces after him," an alleged source close to the actress revealed to the online outlet.

The current time is not an easy ride for Jennifer Garner as well, who is trying everything that will benefit Ben Affleck in a long run. The Suicide Squad movie star is currently undergoing treatment to The Canyon Treatment Center at Peace Park in Malibu, where, according to the outlet, a private room costs $130,000 for 30 days. The recovery center is located on 100 acres and each patient gets individual attention.

"Sober Ben is the most amazing, kind, funny and warm person you will ever meet, but drunk Ben is very dark, and nobody wants to be around that," adds the insider.

That being said, TMZ recently reported that a property settlement has been reached between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner. The duo even agreed to joint custody of their three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. The final settlement between the couple will be signed and filed with the court upon Ben Affleck's release from the rehabilitation treatment.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's representatives have not confirmed the claims made by the alleged HollywoodLife insider. The claim can even turn out to be just rumors about the private lives of the former couple.
