Huawei's subsidiary Honor launched the brand new mobile Honor View20 in China on 26 December and it is all set to come to India.
The official e-commerce partner Amazon has teased the Honor View20 on its e-commerce website hinting the impending launch of the flagship Android phone in India. Interest consumers can register for 'Notify Me' option by submitting the email ID details.
There is no official word on when the new Honor View20 will launch in India, but it widely reported that the company is likely to announce the price and the availability details on 22 January.
For the uninitiated, Honor View20 is touted to be the world's first phone to boasts 48MP rear shooter with Sony IMX586 sensor and TOF (Time of Flight) 3D camera. They are coupled with the Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing power which is capable of recognising over 60 categories and 1500 scenarios in real time and graphics processing power enabled by the dual-ISP and dual-NPU of Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 980 AI chipset, can provide users with the unmatched photo quality and clarity. It is also capable of capturing slow-motion videos at 960 fps (frames per seconds).
Besides the photography hardware, another interesting aspect of the Honor View10 successor is its All-view display experience, another world-first, in-screen front camera design. The company achieved this feat by using an extremely complex 18-layer technology stack that carefully embeds the front camera in the display area of the screen, achieving the screen to body ratio of 91.8%.
It comes in three configurations 6GB LPDDR4X RAM+128GB storage, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB LPDDR4X RAM + 256GB storage in China, but we are not sure if the company has plans to launch all the variants.
