Director Mudassar Aziz's movie Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi starring Sonakshi Sinha, Diana Penty, Jimmy Sheirgill and Ali Fazal has received positive reviews and ratings from the audience.
Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi is a comedy film and is the sequel to 2016's hit movie Happy Bhag Jayegi. Written by Mudassar Aziz, the movie takes the action from Pakistan to China. Anand L Rai and Krishika Lulla have produced it under the banners Colour Yellow Productions and Eros International. The flick has received a U/A certificate from the censor board and its runtime is 2 hours and 17 minutes.
Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi story: Bagga (Jimmy Shergill) was about to tie the knot with Happy (Diana Penty) when she went missing. He goes all the way to China looking for her and takes the help of Chinese agents, who mistakenly abduct professor Harpreet Kaur aka Happy (Sonakshi Sinha). She tries to convince them and eventually manages to escape. What happens next forms the crux of the story.
Performances: Sonakshi Sinha has delivered a good performance, which is the highlight of Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi. Jimmy Sheirgill has also done a good job and steals the show with his one-liners. Diana Penty, Ali Fazal, Jassi Gill, Piyush Mishra, Aparshakti Khurana, Jason Tham and Bijou Thaangjam have done justice to their roles, say the viewers.
Technical: Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi has decent production values. Sohail Sen's songs and background score, Sunil Patel's cinematography, selection of beautiful locales and punch dialogues are the attractions on the technical front of the movie, add the viewers.
