Industry grapevine suggests that Vikas Bahl, who has been accused of molestation by a woman crew, who working at Phantom Films, is apparently dating Bigg Boss 7 winner Gauahar Khan.
According to a report in Spotboye, Gauahar and Vikas have been spending a lot of time together and growing closeness with each other. The two reportedly met through a common friend before Vikas got mired into MeToo accusations and have often travelled places together. It is also being said that Gauahar stood by Vikas like a rock during the legal proceedings and she is often spotted at his office and residence.
However, a close friend of Gauahar has denied the actress having any romantic relationship with Vikas Bahl.
"Listen, Gauahar wants to know why can't a man and woman be just friends? Vikas and she are very, very good friends. Yes, she meets him often. But how does that really imply that they are a couple?" the friend told the entertainment webstite.
Another friend added, "Gauahar has developed a very good rapport with Vikas. But they are not dating."
Earlier, calling out Kangana Ranaut for her double standards and attacking a woman and her marital status, Gauahar Khan sent out some strong hard-hitting words saying that women don't need a self-proclaimed voice for women's rights and feminism.
Let's wait and watch Gauahar has to say about the reports of her dating Vikas Bahl.
Last year in October, Bahl was accused of sexual harassment by a former employee of the film collective Phantom Films, for an incident that took place in 2015 in Goa. The allegation resurfaced as the MeToo movement garnered steam in India.
Bahl later moved the Mumbai High Court with a Rs 10 crore defamation suit against his former Phantom Films partners Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane amid the MeToo furore.
