There were reports that Ranbir Kapoor and Varun Dhawan got into an ugly spat when they two met recently met at Karan Johar's house party in Mumbai.
According to Mumbai Mirror, Ranbir and Varun refused to be in the same room after sharing a heated argument and vile words. The report also said that post their brawl, Varun requested his mentor KJo not to invite him for a party that includes Ranbir.
However, contrary to the reports, a source told Pinkvilla that the reports of Ranbir and Varun locking horns with each other and not being on talking terms anymore were completely false.
The source further told the entertainment news website that "Varun hasn't been to KJo's house for months now. Ranbir and Varun last met at Ambani's party and not at Karan Johar's house."
Meanwhile, on the work front, Varun Dhawan is currently shooting for Karan Johar's upcoming magnum opus Kalank which also stars Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha, Alia Bhatt, Kunal Khemu, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt. The movie is being directed by Abhishek Varman and is scheduled to release on April 19, 2019.
Ranbir, on the other hand, is busy shooting for Ayan Mukherji's upcoming directorial Brahmastra part 1 wherein he will be sharing space with his girlfriend Alia Bhatt along with Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Kriti Sanon, Dimple Kapadia, Akkineni Nagarjuna and Divyendu Sharma. The movie will be releasing next year during Christmas.
