Amidst the Baahubali 2 craze, several fans have taken to Twitter to allege that they are being cheated by online ticket booking website – BookMyShow. They claimed that they booked tickets, and money was deducted from their accounts, but they did not receive any tickets for the SS Rajamouli-directed film.

Annoyed by the experience, they have now raised the issue with the support division of BookMyShow.

IBT, India, tried to contact BookMyShow, but their spokesperson did not respond to the calls. The customer care number featured on BookMyShow's website is also not working.
