The August 11 episode of Bigg Boss Malayalam began with an exercise session led by Shiyas. As expected, the tiff between Pearle Maaney and Shiyas troubled the smooth run of this session, and at one point in time, Pearle told everyone that she did not want to take part in the exercise session.
Shiyas asked Pearle to show her arrogance inside her home. After repeated compulsions from Archana Suseelan and other contestants, Pearle Maaney finally participated in the warm-up session.
After the exercise, Archana Suseelan and Srinish tried to console Pearle Maaney. Archana asked whether Pearle has any hard feelings towards Srinish. Pearle replied that she does not have any kinds of hard feelings towards anyone. Pearle also made it clear that she is alright and is as fit as a nut.
After some time, the Bigg Boss announced the captaincy task. Three contestants, Aditi, Shiyas and Anoop Chandran were asked to take part in this task. The primary task is to eat 12 pieces of Puttu (A Kerala dish made up of rice flour) and 12 bananas in a fixed time.
Both Shiyas and Anoop Chandran tried to eat their best during this specific time period, while Aditi, after thoroughly understanding her limitations enjoyed the dining session by eating very slowly.
During the task, Shiyas vomited multiple times, while Anoop Chandran vomited once. After the task, Bigg Boss asked Archana Suseelan to determine the winner of the game. Even though Archana named Anoop Chandran, Bigg Boss named Shiyas as the winner and selected him as the captain for next week. Shiyas jumped with joy, but this move from Bigg Boss irked Anoop Chandran to the core.
Anoop Chandran alleged that Bigg Boss acted in a partial manner, and made it clear that vomiting after eating indicates the weakness of a person's body.
Later, housemates took part in the Big Bazaar discount sale and purchased goods.
Sabumon Abdusamad alleged that Pearle Maaney is intentionally trying to avoid Aristo Suresh. In the midnight, Archana's reign as the captain of the house came to an end. Archana soon handed over the captaincy to Shiyas, the new leader.
Later, Suresh informed Aditi that he wants to go out of the house. As per Suresh, every moment inside the Bigg Boss house is elevating his mental pressure. He also made it clear that he is now continuously failing to control emotions.
Pearle informed Ranjini Haridas that Suresh is going out of control. She added that Suresh is being very possessive towards her, and made it clear that her exit will resolve all the issues.
