South hunk Prabhas has become the new sensation of Indian cinema with the humongous success of Baahubali 2. No wonder, the most eligible bachelor of the nation has also been flooded with marriage proposals, 5,800 to be exact.
The actor, who has dedicated five years living the character of Baahubali in the two-part franchise, postponed his marriage for the two-part franchise and as a result, ended up receiving huge number of marriage proposals in the meantime.
While speculations were doing the rounds regarding Prabhas' bride, the latest buzz is that the star is set to marry the granddaughter of an industrialist. Bhupathi Raju, chairman of Raasi Cements, and his family is apparently in talks with Prabhas' family for a possible alliance, the Times of India reported. However, nothing has been confirmed as of now.
If the report turns out to be true, it will surely break the hearts of many of his female fans.
Earlier, rumours had it that Prabhas was set to tie the knot with his Baahubali 2 co-star Anushka Shetty but the report turned out to be false. Also, a girl from Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, was said to marry Prabhas but his uncle Krishnam Raju trashed all the rumours.
Right now, we should just wait for the official news whom the Baahubali star is going to tie knots with.
On the workfront, Prabhas will soon start shooting for his Saaho directed by Run Raja Run fame Sujeeth.
