Ariana Grande has indefinitely suspended her world tour following the attack at the end of her concert on Monday that killed at least 19 people and injured 50 others in Manchester, United Kingdom.

The singer was expected to perform in London on Thursday, May 25, but following the attack, she has cancelled her performance, TMZ reported. She was on a world tour as a part of The Dangerous Woman Tour, which started on February 3 2017.

"She will not perform Thursday in London and has decided for now to put the entire European tour on hold. She was scheduled to perform in England, Belgium, Poland, Germany and Switzerland," a source close to Ariana told TMZ.

She is also due to perform in South America, Mexico, Japan, Thailand, Philippines, New Zealand, Australia by September this year. However, it remains to be seen when she will resume her world tour.

Meanwhile, hours after the incident, Ariana tweeted that she is broken and sorry. "broken. from the bottom of my heart, i am so so sorry. i don't have words," she tweeted.

Earlier, her manager issued a statement saying that the singer is safe and authorities are investigating the incident. Later, her manager Scooter Braun tweeted that they mourn the lives of the children and loved ones who died in the explosion.

"Tonight, our hearts are broken. Words cannot express our sorrow for the victims and families harmed in this senseless attack," Braun tweeted late on Monday. "We mourn the lives of children and loved ones taken by this cowardly act. We are thankful for the selfless service tonight of Manchester's first responders who rushed towards danger to help save lives. We ask all of you to hold the victims, their families, and all those affected in your hearts and prayers."
