Director Mohana Krishna Indraganti's Telugu movie Ami Thumi, starring Avasarala Srinivas, Adivi Sesh, Vennela Kishore, Eesha Rebba and Aditi Myakal, has received positive reviews from the audience.
Ami Thumi is a romantic comedy film. Mohanakrishna Indraganti has written the story and screenplay for the movie, which has been produced by KC Narasimha Rao under the banner, A Green Tea Productions. The film has got 'U' certification from the censor board. Its runtime is 124 minutes.
Ami Thumi revolves around the story of two young couples (Adivi Sesh-Eesha and Srinivas Avasarala-Aditi). Everything is going fine until the entry of Shree Chilipi into their lives. What happens next forms the crux of the movie. The entire story of the film happens in a single day.
Viewers say that Ami Thumi is a new version of Ashta Chamma, which has a thin storyline that is fit only for a short film. The first half of the movie is high on the entertainment quotient, and has some hilarious dialogues, romance and comedy scenes that keep you engaged. The twist before the interval is good, but the second half is not that entertaining.
Avasarala Srinivas, Adivi Sesh, Eesha Rebba, Aditi Myakal and Vennela Kishore have delivered good performances, which are the highlights of Ami Thumi. Tanikella Bharani, Ananth Babu, Madhumani, Kedar Shankar, Venu Gopal, Shyamala, Tanikella Bhargav and Thadivelu have also done justice to their roles, say viewers.

#AmiThumi short and sweet review - There is a dialog in the movie where vennala kishore's character says "High or low .. go with the flow" and movie follows the same .. It has its highs and lows . But overall passable family entertainer with some witty dialogs. Movie has only 3 songs and that too in second half ... one Dream song, one montage song in the climax and one song during the end titles. Vennala kishore is the lead and he excelled!!
