Remember America's most hated mother Casey Anthony, who was acquitted of the murder of her two-year-old daughter Caylee Anthony? She was spotted playing with a baby while at lunch with her friends.

Casey was having lunch with her friends at a restaurant in Florida when she was caught playing with a 6-month-old baby. The baby is the grandson of a veteran NBC producer who shared a good bond with Casey, according to TMZ. The photos were taken in February, but it surfaced online recently.

The photos of Casey playing with baby surfaced online amid reports that she is bored out of her mind. "There are days that she's bored out of her mind," a source who worked with her legal team told PEOPLE.

"There's nothing really to do. She doesn't have a huge circle of friends, and the friends she has are all employed elsewhere, so she doesn't see them 24/7. She binge-watches TV, plays around on the internet, and doesn't do much more than that. Frankly, it's all pointless and aimless."

Casey was in the spotlight during the murder trial, one of the most watched live trials on television, of her daughter in 2011. She was accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter. Prosecutors had accused Casey of killing her daughter using chloroform, but she was found not guilty.

However, Casey was convicted on four counts for giving false information to investigators. She was sentenced to one year in prison and fined $4,000, but since she had served a three-year jail term, she was released on July 17, 2011.

At present, Casey is using the money she earned by posing for photographs. She sells that photos to tabloids, but her interview with Associated Press was free.

Meanwhile, the photos of Casey holding the baby has not gone down well with a few social media users. Several took to Twitter to slam Casey and the parents who allowed her to play with the baby.
