AirAsia, a low-budget carrier, is selling tickets priced as low as Rs 999 as part of their festive sale.

The sale began on January 7 and will go on till January 20. A statement by AirAsia said that tickets booked within this window are for trips between January 21 till July end.

Domestic one-way tickets begin at Rs 999 while international tickets start at Rs 2,999. Cities for domestic travel include Delhi, Visakhapatnam, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Kochi, Goa, Jaipur, Guwahati, Imphal, Chandigarh, Bagdogra, Pune, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, Srinagar, Indore, Bengaluru and Chennai.

According to AirAsia's website, there are 130 international destinations including Auckland, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Melbourne, Krabi and Bali.

Interested customers can avail the offer on the AirAsia website or their mobile app. Reports state that AirAsia BIG members can also redeem their trips using BIG points.
