Shah Rukh finished the shooting of "Raees" movie and arrived at Salman's home at 1 am.
"It was a reunion of sorts when Shah Rukh came to meet Salman. This is the second time that the duo met after Arpita Khan's wedding. This time it was a very emotional moment as SRK wished him good luck and even discussed about the case in detail," a source told Daily Bhaskar.
Salman Khan, who was shooting for his film "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" in Kashmir, arrived in Mumbai on Tuesday evening for the final verdict in the 2002 hit-and-run case.
The Bollywood star has been accused of killing one and injuring four others after his Land Rover rammed into a footpath in Bandra. The incident took place on the night of 28 September, 2002.
The 49-year-old actor has been charged under Section 304 II, (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) which could lead to 10 years in prison; Section 279 (rash and negligent driving), Section 337 and 338 (causing hurt by act endangering life & causing grievous hurt), and Section 427 (mischief causing damage to property) of Indian Penal Code (IPC).
