Pawan Kalyan's family drama "Attarintiki Daredi" has become the biggest Telugu hit in Tamil Nadu, proving that the actor has a huge fan following in the state.

After registering a good opening weekend in TN, the film has become one of the highest grosser in the state. According to reports, the film has raked in more than ₹6 crores at the Tamil Nadu box office.

Within three days of its release the film created history by earring ₹1.45 crore from TN of which the ₹1.05 crore is nett share. And after 17 days it made a business of more than ₹6 crore.

"Attarintiki Daredi" faced competition from several Tamil films, including Raja Rani, Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara and Onayum Aatukuttiyum, which affected its collections. But still the film fared reasonably well.

The film is also rocking at the Karnataka box office, by earning more than ₹5 crore with 17 days run.

The breakup of the film is: Total Share from AP is ₹47.35crore, Karnataka is ₹5.10crore, Rest Of India is ₹1.61cr and Overseas is ₹9.25crore. The total worldwide share of the film stands at ₹63.31crore.

Pawan's film is doing record breaking business at box office but the actor is not bothered about the collections. He said he is happy that the film has been liked by everyone.

"I never have a habit to pay attention to either collections or about my work. I don't like to hear about these two things once my work/film is done. But for this film (AD), I'm bound to hear about collections due to Trivikram garu. I usually don't speak to anyone after completing a film. But this time, I know that I've done a good film and I'm feeling happy that the film impressed one and all," Pawan told Gulte in an interview.
