Chinese consumer electronics giant Lenovo is rumoured to launch a new budget phablet dubbed as K3 Note in India next week.

The company has begun sending out invites to select media houses for an event scheduled on 25 June in New Delhi. The invitation (courtesy, BGR India) reads, 'Note the Date' 25 June 2015, New Delhi. The word – 'Note' intentionally been highlighted with the neon light, giving away the hint the recently unveiled K3 Note will soon set foot in India.

[Note: K3 Note is already released in China for ¥899 Yuan, which roughly translates to ₹9,310]

Lenovo K3 Note features 5.5-inch full HD display, Android 5.0 Lollipop, 2GB RAM, 64-bit class Mediatek Octa-core CPU and massive 3,000mAh battery that can run the phone for close to 750 hours. Other stipulated features include a 13mp camera on the rear side and a 5mp snapper on the front.
