"The X Factor" UK 2015 has come to the final weeks of the season with Live Shows having begun last weekend. A total of 13 acts performed live on Saturday before the results were declared the following day.
Only 12 acts, three each for each mentor, were selected during the Six Chair Challenge episodes for the Judges' House but Monica Michael joined the show on a wild card after being eliminated, taking the total number to 13. However, two acts were sent home after the Live Shows first week performance.
Hosts Olly Murs and Caroline Flack announced that Bupsi from Simon Cowell's OVERS got the least public vote, which meant she had to leave the show. Her rendition of "You're a Wonderful One" by Marvin Gaye didn't seem to impress the audience.
Surprisingly, Alien Uncovered from Cheryl Fernandez-Versini's GROUPS, who received praises from the judges for their performance in the Live Shows, and Kiera Weathers from Rita Ora's GIRLS were made to perform again for survival during the results show.
Alien Uncovered performed "The Pressure" by Jhene Aiko and Kiera rendered REM's "Everybody Hurts" for the judges to stand a chance to compete in the competition but at the end of the day, only one had to go through. Kiera survived the battle, adding one more member to Rita's team.
