A lawsuit has accused a senior JPMorgan Chase executive of sexually harassing and abusing a junior male employee, including allegations of drugging, racial abuse, coercion, and retaliation after he reported the misconduct.
The complaint, filed in New York County Supreme Court by a banker identified as "John Doe" to protect his identity, alleges that 37-year-old Lorna Hajdini, an executive director in JPMorgan's Leveraged Finance division, subjected him to repeated non-consensual sexual acts over several months in 2024.
According to the filing, the plaintiff claims Hajdini used her senior position to pressure him into sexual activity, threatened his career advancement, and made racially abusive remarks. He also alleges she admitted to drugging him on multiple occasions with substances including Rohypnol to incapacitate him.
The lawsuit further claims that the alleged abuse began shortly after Hajdini joined the team in 2024, escalating from inappropriate workplace behavior to repeated sexual assaults, both in office settings and private locations. The plaintiff says he resisted her advances but was allegedly pressured through threats that refusal would damage his career progression.

The complaint also includes allegations that Hajdini used intimidation tactics, including monitoring his activities and making repeated threats tied to promotions and job security. It further claims she engaged in racially offensive language targeting the plaintiff and his family.
The most serious allegations state that the abuse escalated to forced sexual acts, with the plaintiff describing incidents of coercion, humiliation, and emotional distress. He also claims that witnesses can partially corroborate aspects of his account.
The lawsuit additionally accuses JPMorgan Chase of failing to properly address his complaints and retaliating against him after he reported the alleged misconduct. He claims he was placed on involuntary leave, locked out of company systems, and subjected to reputational damage and threats.

The plaintiff also alleges he later received anonymous threatening calls and messages after filing internal complaints, which he believes were intended to silence him. He says he has since suffered severe emotional trauma, including a PTSD diagnosis, and financial hardship due to difficulty finding new employment.
JPMorgan Chase has denied the allegations, stating that an internal investigation found no evidence supporting the claims and that the complainant did not fully cooperate with the process. The bank also confirmed that Hajdini remains employed.
The plaintiff is seeking compensation for emotional distress, loss of income, reputational damage, and punitive action, along with changes to workplace policies.
