The epic and gruesome war between humans and revenants is coming to an end, or at least a pause, with Season 1 finale of "Wynonna Earp," which will be aired on Friday, June 24. It is understood that the episode, titled "I Walk the Line" will the showdown between Wynonna (Melanie Scrofano) and Bobo (Michael Eklund).
As fans saw in the previous episode of "Wynonna Earp," Waverly's (Dominique Provost-Chalkley) suspicions about her long-lost sister Willa (Natalie Krill) was right on point. In the end, she will side with Bobo and turn against her sisters and the humans of Purgatory.
However, we know that Wynonna will not let this happen, and there will be a fight befitting the finale of this badass show. The official summary for the episode reads, "Willa's treachery is revealed; Wynonna prepares for her final showdown with Bobo."
Meanwhile, fans are worried about the fate of the show, especially because the ratings haven't been all that great. According to TV Series Finale, the show is at 0.13, which is a bad place to be, however, adding the DVR might help improve the show's standing.
Regardless, a few fans are optimistic about the fact that "Wynonna Earp," being a comic book-based show, was created and conceived with long term plans and possibilities. Hence, poor rating in the admittedly small Season 1 needs to necessarily mean chopping board for the show.
