Shippers of Klaus and Camille were in for a cruel surprise in last week's Season 2 Episode 6, when Klaus' ex-girlfriend returned and told him why she had to leave him centuries ago. We had all hopes that "The Originals" Season 3 would mark the union of the vampire and human, but turns out there are many more obstacles along the way.

It was revealed that Aurora (Rebecca Breeds) was involuntarily compelled by Elijah (Daniel Gillies) to leave Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and say the hurtful things she told him. Klaus is deeply hurt by the story and goes home and questions Elijah about the truth before they fight it out.

It looks like Freya's (Riley Voelkel) prophecy of "one by family" will be realised, thanks to Aurora's arrival. The brothers have decided they will now be on the opposite sides of the war brewing between the clans, although Klaus had promised before meeting Aurora nothing she says would pit the brothers against each other.

However, Klaus believes Aurora leaving him was the reason he became the ruthless killer is now, and the only reason for Elijah to always stand by him was because he felt guilty. And now, the brothers are seemingly at war, and it is up to Freya to play the referee yet again.

Meanwhile The STRIX — the most dangerous and influential congregation of vampires the world has ever known — is targeting the Mikaelson sister who has gone far away from her family – especially Klaus. Her siblings Elijah and Freya are willing to do anything to protect her, as Klaus spends some alone-time with his ex-girlfriend to find out where her loyalties are.

Lucien (Andrew Lees), meanwhile, executes an elaborate scheme that leaves (Leah Pipes) with a difficult choice. We will also see Detective Kinney (Jason Dohring) fighting for his life in the upcoming episode.

Watch out for Season 3 Episode 6 of "The Originals" at 9 pm EST on Thursday, 12 November. You can also live stream "Beautiful Mistake" via CWTV.
