Romance is in the air for the couples of "The Fosters", and when the Freeform show airs Season 3 Episode 14 on Monday, Feb. 15, fans will hopefully get to see some steamy scenes. Valentine's Day may also bring together new couples and reunite old ones.

As fans know, Brandon (David Lambert) and Callie (Maia Mitchell) are trying to grow individually and forget about their past. While Callie focuses on improving the foster care system, Brandon has been focused on the production of a musical for his thesis project.

He hopes to be distracted by this "Romeo & Juliet" rock musical, but in case that plan isn't successful he has found a new girl to take his mind off Callie. In the promo for the upcoming "Under Water", Brandon is at the bar where Courtney works, and is clearly hitting on her. He smoothly swoops her off the floor by offering to help her do the inventory of the bar when no one else is around.

While Brandon's distractions may have found him a new girlfriend, it also seems to be helping his friend Mat (Jordan Rodrigues) reconnect with Mariana (Cierra Ramirez). As fans know, Mat is the Romeo in Brandon's musical, and Mariana had auditioned for the role of Juliet after losing the student elections.

She was spectacular at the audition, and Brandon was swelling with pride, but Mat told her he did not want her to be Juliet. His demand seemed explicable, considering how she hurt him in the past. However, Mat said none could play Juliet better than Mariana, and now they are playing Romeo and Juliet in the musical.

In a promo for "Under Water", the two are seen going for a passionate kiss. Whether they are Romeo and Juliet or Mariana and Mat in this scenario remains to be seen. Regardless, being in the musical together is definitely going to have an impact on their relationship.

The promo also sees Stef (Teri Polo) and Lena (Sherri Saum) sharing a loving moment in the pool. Stef is floating in water as Lena holds her, and it looks like they are both quite disturbed.
