Manchester City will take on Everton in their third fixture of the English Premier League 2015-2016 season at Goodison Park on Sunday.

The Blues from Manchester have won their first two games of the season of Premier League. This will be an important game for Manuel Pellgrini's men and they would be looking forward to extend their winning streak to three matches. But it will not be easy against Roberto Martinez's men at Goodison Park where the home crowd will be right behind their team.

City so far have beaten West Bromwich Albion 3-0 at the Hawthorns in their first game and drubbed Chelsea 3-0 as well in their last game at Etihad Stadium. This will be City's second away game.

The players are charged up in the new season and Pellegrini is not bothered about their forms. Instead, he has strengthened his squad by adding Argentine defender Nicolas Otamendi from Valencia in a five-year deal. Captain Vincent Kompany has been superb as he has already netted twice in two games for his side. David Silva has also been in great shape and touch. Silva has one goal and three assists to his name in the English Premier League's new season.

"It will be a difficult challenge, they are a difficult team who play very good football," Pellegrini said. "They didn't play well against Watford but scored two goals, and in their second game, they played very well and scored three goals. We must be very concentrated and play with a lot of intensity to win there. They try to have good possession of the ball, I'm sure we will see a similar Everton as to previous seasons."

Meanwhile, Everton head coach Roberto Martinez will be happy with the way his side have started their EPL 2015-2016 campaign. They have managed a draw in their first game against Watford (2-2) and a comfortable win against Southampton (3-0) in their last game.

One thing is for sure, the Merseysiders will not leave any leaves unturned when they will take on Manchester City in their third game of the Premier League's new season. They will try and break down City's defense and the crowd will be backing their home side on Sunday.
