It has all come down to the final day of the English Premier League (EPL) 2015-16 season. Manchester City need nothing but a win against Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday in order to finish in the top four in the EPL points table.

A lot of eyes will be on this Swansea vs City match, as their rivals Manchester United will want the Swans to overpower the Blues of Manchester in Sunday's crucial encounter.

It will not be an easy route to end the season on a high for Manchester City as they face an in-form Swansea City, who have won their last two matches. They have also found the back of the net seven times in these two games and that too against Liverpool and West Ham United.

Francesco Guidolin has managed to guide the Swans to four successive win at home and this has happened for the first time in the Premier League history for them. Swansea City have conceded just three goals in their last seven home games, and will look to hold on to their fortress against City as well.

"First, I want to finish the season well. Hopefully we can get a good result against Manchester City and then I will look forward to working with the squad during pre-season and getting to know them a little better," Guidolin told the club's official website.

"Manchester City are a top-four team and a team with great quality. They have important players but we have been playing well and I hope we can play like we have in our last two games."

City had a wonderful opportunity against Arsenal in their last Premier League fixture at the Etihad Stadium last weekend. They ended up splitting points after a 2-2 draw.

Pellegrini will love to sign off on a good note after bringing three trophies in the last three years including one Premier League trophy. Before handing it over to his successor Pep Guardiola, Pellegrini will want to make sure that City secures a UEFA Champions League birth.

"We have always been in the Champions League spots for 37 games, so I think we deserve to be there. It's about a style. For me it's important to be the highest-scoring team for three seasons, to be always in the Champions League and to win three titles," Pellegrini was quoted as saying by IBTimes UK.

Expected Playing XI:

Swansea City: Nordfeldt; Naughton, Fernandez, Amat, Kingsley; Fer, Cork, Britton; Barrow, Ayew, Routledge.

Manchester City: Hart; Sagna, Otamendi, Mangala, Clichy; Fernandinho, Fernando; Navas, Toure, De Bruyne; Aguero.
