Adelaide Strikers will face Perth Scorchers in their reverse fixture of the Big Bash League (BBL) 2015-2016 at the Adelaide Oval on Tuesday.

Both the sides have won three out of their four fixtures and will be eyeing the top spot in the BBL 2015-2016 points table to go two points clear.

Scorchers thrashed Sydney Sixers by nine wickets in their last game riding on a couple of outstanding innings from Shaun Marsh and Michael Klinger.

On the other hand, Strikers too scripted a scintillating win against Sixers in heir last BBL clash. Travis Head scored a 53 ball 101 to guide his team over the line and maintain their position at the top half of the points table. 

"Weve got a lot of things we can do better, we havent (sic) completely fired at the top of the order yet, we havent taken many wickets in the first six overs yet, so its a pretty scary prospect if we get it right," Head was quoted as saying by Crocmedia. 

"Last year we came off a similar win on New Years Eve and played the Scorchers straight after and it was probably our worst performance of the season."

Strikers bowling lineup will be wary of Shaun Marsh and the kind of form he is in. He was left out of Australia's Test squad for the third Test against West Indies and he was disappointed with that decision. He came back to BBL and played a couple of outstanding knocks and that forced the Cricket Australia selectors to add him in the ODI squad against India for the upcoming series.  

"I wasn't too angry, I was just eager to get back and play well for the boys. I've had some really good success over the last few years in this competition. I'm really enjoying batting. I'm enjoying getting out there in the fight," Marsh told reporters. 

"I was disappointed a little bit with the Test stuff, but I had to get over that pretty quickly and coming back into the Scorchers fold has been really good for me."
