England, after losing the Test series and the first ODI to Pakistan, have looked like a completely different side as they not only clinched the fifty over series, but also won the three-match T20 series. The third and final T20 match of the series is scheduled to be played in Sharjah on Monday.

Pakistan, who have been below par in coloured clothing, only have pride to play for in the third T20 match, which the men in green will be eager to win and avoid a series white wash.

Pakistan were poor with the bat in the first T20, while they came up with an improved performance in the second T20, which was still not enough as their batsmen failed to convert their starts into meaningful scores.

England have shown good character to win both the T20 matches, which were both quite close, by 14 and 3 runs. Such result will give the visitors the much needed confidence as they prepare to finish of the tour in a bang.

England, who are also preparing for the upcoming World T20 in India next year, have given a chance to a number of youngsters in the series. James Vince is one of those cricketers to have used this series as a perfect chance to put forward a strong claim for a starting place in the England T20 world cup squad.

Vince, who has scored 41 and 38 runs in the first two matches, wants to defeat Pakistan in the third T20 match and win the series, 3-0.

"To come here and win 3-0 would be a great effort, that's what we're looking to try and do," AFP quoted Vince as saying. "I was included in the squad last summer, but didn't get the chance to play. So it's nice to come out here and get an opportunity. I'm enjoying every minute of it."

Apart from Vince, other players such as skipper Eoin Morgan, Sam Billings, Liam Plunkett have performed well in the T20 series. If these players get their act going in the final and the third T20 match of the series, England will be in a strong position to win the series 3-0.

Pakistan, on the other hand, need their star players such as Sarfaraz Ahmed, Mohammad Hafeez, Wahab Riaz and Sohail Tanvir to deliver in Sharjah if they are to win the third T20 match and thus, finish the T20 series with a respectable 1-2 loss.

Pakistan skipper Shahid Afridi, who is known for his will and determination to win, will ask his players to come up with an improved performance in the third T20. Senior players such as Afridi and Shoaib Malik need to stand up and be counted in Sharjah.
