"Congress' corruption and lust for power lead to its defeat"

Ralegaon/ Kolkata/ Bangalore, Dec 09 (ANI): Anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare said that it was Congress party's lust for power that brought about its drastic defeat in the state polls. Congress faced massive defeat in Delhi state with BJP taking the main lead and the new anti-graft Aam Aadmi Party inching to the second place, underlining the struggle that Congress would have to face to cling to power in a national election due by May next year. CPI (M) leader Sitaram Yechury stated that people wanted an alternative to Congress and that is why they voted for Aam Aadmi Party.
