First look launch of 'Purani Jeans'

Mumbai, March 20 (ANI): Renowned ad filmmaker and now a Bollywood director, Tanushri Chattrji Bassu, promised to take the audience through a roller-coaster ride of emotions back to the most memorable days of their lives, about friends and memories in her upcoming directorial venture. Set in the mid-90s, the film 'Purani Jeans' stars three fresh new faces, Tanuj Virwani, Aditya Seal and Izabelle Leite, and tells a heart-warming story about friendship. The film unfolds as the lead character 'Siddharth' played by Virwani, who lives in New York City, plans to rediscover bonds of friendship and love. He revisits his native place, a small town in northern Himachal Pradesh to revive his equation with his four childhood friends. The music in the film is given by composer, music producer and musician Ram Sampath. The film is scheduled to release on May 1, 2014.

'Gang of Ghosts' is different from other comedy films, says Satish Kaushik

New Delhi, March 20 (ANI): The entire cast and crew of the upcoming comedy film 'Gang of Ghosts' were in the national capital New Delhi to promote the film. Veteran Bollywood actor Anupam Kher along with the Director of the film, Satish Kaushik, lead actress of the film, Mahi Gill and lead actor Sharman Joshi were present during the promotion at a news conference. Director of the film, Satish Kaushik, best known for his impeccable comic timing, said that the film is made from a point of view of Ghosts and is very different from rest of the comedy movies with a human angle. He added that the movie is a remake of a Bengali film 'Bhooter Bhabishyat' and plot revolves around a haunted house which is being pulled down and being replaced with a classy shopping mall. Sharman Joshi, the lead actor of the film, is playing the character of a writer in the film and Mahi Gill is the lead actress of the movie. The release date of the film is yet to be announced.
