Anurag Kashyap presents first look of 'The world before her'

Mumbai, April 23 (ANI): Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap presented the first look of award-winning documentary "The World before Her" to raise funds for the movie's nationwide campaign ahead of its April 25 release. Also present at the event were 'Chak De! India' director Shimit Amin, and former Miss India Pooja Chopra on whose story the film is based. 'The World before Her' is written and directed by Nisha Pahuja and has been screened at more than 125 International film festivals including the Tribeca Film Festival in 2012.

New Delhi, April 15 (ANI): America's teenagers are replacing denims with elastic-waistband stretch pants called Leggings, according to a report on teens' buying habits.According to a semi-annual study released by financial services firm Piper Jaffray, leggings and yoga pants from Lululemon were ranked as the favorites among female teens this spring and Nike was the most popular trend brand among boys.A new term 'Athleisure' has been coined for clothes that can be worn outside the gym as well. Kate Winslet still refuses to autograph her nude 'Titanic' pic

New Delhi, April 15 (ANI): Kate Winslet has revealed that her nude 'Titanic' portrait where she draped herself naked over a sofa still haunts her and that she always declines to autograph a copy of it.The Academy Award winner asserted that she doesn't sign those copies as she feels very uncomfortable and people ask her to autograph that picture a lot and there was a photo of it as well that someone's lifted from a still of the film, media reported.The 38-year-old actress said that photograph got passed around, adding that she had never meant it to be a photo that she would end up seeing after 17 years.

Marilyn Monroe's earrings auctioned off for $185,000

New Delhi, April 15 (ANI): A pair of Marilyn Monroe's rhinestone earrings have been sold at Hollywood memorabilia auction for 185,000 dollars.The late American actress had worn the dangling silver earrings while attending the 1955 premiere of ' The Rose Tattoo' and have been bought by a collector as part of the Julien's Auctions Hollywood memorabilia sale in Beverly Hills.The price included a 20 percent commission for the auction house. The buyer was a foreign collector. The auction house does not release the names of buyers.
