Bollywood divas flaunt finest jewellery designs on India Bridal Fashion Week's runway

New Delhi, Aug 10 (ANI): Indian fashion designers brought in a classy gaze on the runway of India Bridal Fashion Week (IBFW) 2014 with finest jewellery designs that were large, delicate and well crafted to grab the eyeballs. Indian jewellery brand Azva showcased a unique range of gold designs, while fashion designer, Suneet Varma, featured his collection inspired by native culture of the desert state of Rajasthan. In its collection, famed Indian jewellery designer, Azva, presented the traditional bridal jewellery of India in a modern avatar. Azva upheld gold as the primary metal for his contemporary bridal jewellery collection. Bollywood actress, Nargis Fakhri, was the showstopper for Azva. The premiere was hosted by Wave World Kabbadi League (WKL), the first international Kabaddi league featuring eight teams which will be played in USA, Canada, UAE, England and India. Actor Akshay Kumar who co-owns the Punjab team in World Kabaddi League,urged people to watch his film, adding that the movie is all about comedy. 'Entertainment' is a comedy film directed by debutant duo Sajid-Farhad and features actress Tamannaah Bhatia in the female lead. Raghavendra Rathore re-defines traditional attires on day 2 of IBFW 2014

New Delhi, August 8 (ANI): Day 2 on the ongoing BMW India Bridal Fashion Week saw a mesmerizing traditional collection by ace fashion designer Raghavendra Rathore at DLF Emporio, New Delhi. The ramp was set up like an old glass house for this collection. The models walked out to the ramp from a backstage that was decorated with stain glass. Rathore's designs always have an old world charm of Rajasthan and royalty and this year’s collection brought out another relic from their ancestral wardrobes – the classic fluid Dhoti. The quintessential Rathore Bandhgala embroidered beautifully and paired with silk dhotis draped in styles from across the country, added a dramatic flair to the whole ensemble. Aditi Rao Hydari and Ali Fazal walked down the runway as showstoppers. Hydari sashayed down the ramp in a dazzling white saree with zardosi work. While Fukrey actor Fazal was dressed in a pink acchan, long waistcoat and a plain white dhoti from Raghavendra's couture.
