
The makers of Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-ups have unveiled a new poster, announcing that the teaser will be released on February 20 at 9:35 AM. The poster shows Yash as Raya, standing in a blood-streaked blizzard, drinking from a bottle, hinting at a dark and violent world.
The film remains one of the most awaited projects in India, with the team revealing characters in phases and keeping plot details under wraps. The teaser will be released in a single language to retain its impact.

The ensemble includes Kiara Advani as Nadia, Huma Qureshi as Elizabeth, Nayanthara as Ganga, Tara Sutaria as Rebecca, and Rukmini Vasanth as Mellisa. Yash's reveal as Raya came with the line, "Daddy's home."
Written by Yash and Geetu Mohandas and directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film has been shot in Kannada and English, with dubbed versions in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.

The technical team includes cinematographer Rajeev Ravi, music composer Ravi Basrur, editor Ujwal Kulkarni, and production designer TP Abid. Action is choreographed by JJ Perry along with Anbariv and Kecha Khamphakdee.
Produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, the film will release worldwide on March 19, 2026, coinciding with Eid, Ugadi and Gudi Padwa.
