Yash's upcoming film Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups has sealed a massive distribution deal with Sri Venkateswara Creations (SVC), headed by Dil Raju. The banner has acquired the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana distribution rights for a staggering Rs 120 crore (advance on a commission basis), making it the biggest-ever acquisition for a non-Telugu film.
Three major players were competing fiercely for the AP–TG rights, but SVC ultimately sealed what is now being viewed as one of the most defining distribution deals in recent Indian cinema.
Toxic, starring Rocking Star Yash, is among the most highly anticipated films in the country.
Speaking about the deal, Dil Raju said, "Post KGF 2, Yash's market has only grown stronger worldwide. The anticipation for his next film has been building for four years. We are thrilled to present this prestigious project and look forward to more collaborations with him."
SVC's backing further strengthens Toxic's positioning, especially in the AP–TG belt, one of the most influential theatrical markets in the country. For fans, the alliance promises massive reach, high-impact promotions and a truly larger-than-life big-screen experience.

Written by Yash and Geetu Mohandas and directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups has been simultaneously shot in Kannada and English, with dubbed versions planned in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and several other languages, underscoring the film's global ambition.
The film boasts a formidable technical lineup, with National Award-winning cinematographer Rajeev Ravi behind the lens, music composed by Ravi Basrur, editing by Ujwal Kulkarni, and production design by TP Abid. The action sequences are mounted on a grand scale, choreographed by Hollywood action director JJ Perry (John Wick), alongside National Award-winning action directors Anbariv and Kecha Khamphakdee.

Produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under the banners of KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, Toxic is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on 19 March 2026, strategically coinciding with Eid, Ugadi, and Gudi Padwa- solidifying its status as a major cinematic event.
