It wouldn't be wrong to assume that Shay Mitchell's stress levels were high during Sunday's MTV Movie and TV Awards. Things did not go as planned due to an unexpected hailstorm and the Pretty Little Liars star tried to keep the ball rolling as the live stream red carpet host.

At one point during the evening, the 30-year-old star accidentally dropped the F-bomb and it was immediately caught by Seventeen.com editor Hannah Orenstein, who took to Twitter to share the news with the world.

Orenstein tweeted: "My favorite #MTVAwards thing is when Shay Mitchell doesn't realize the cameras are still on. 'I just f**ked up that last teleprompter.'"

The night wasn't a disaster though, and Mitchell made sure all eyes were on her by rocking two sexy outfits that left very little to the imagination.

One was a sequined animal print dress that featured cut-outs on her waist and the front, enabling her to flaunt her cleavage. After hosting the live stream, Mitchell changed into a black sheer outfit that exposed every inch of her body.

Though Mitchell works hard to stay fit, she is not someone who equates beauty to being skinny.

"Being beautiful doesn't mean being skinny. It's about being healthy," she told Self in 2013. The Canadian-native realised this when she was 17-years-old and living in Hong Kong. "I'd starve myself for a day, and the next day I was hungry, tired and miserable. When I felt so bad about not being able to fit into size 0 jeans, I realized I had to make a change."
