The trailer of the much-awaited action comedy film "Chennai Express" that was released on 13 June has gone viral on video sharing site YouTube.

Within five days of its launch the trailer starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone has crossed the two million mark (2,300,473) on YouTube with more than 21,000 likes.

The film filled with action, romance and comedy is directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Red Chillies Entertainment. The film is about the journey of a man named Rahul who travels from Mumbai to Rameshwaram.

In the film, Deepika is playing the role of a Tamil girl, Priya, who talks in a south Indian accent. For the proper accent, Shah Rukh insisted Deepika to watch a lot of Tamil films and also listen to the accent carefully.

Shah Rukh, the king of romance, is officially playing the role of a 40-year-old man. Last year, in "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" he played the role of young man who was in his 20s. But in his upcoming film Shah Rukh is 40-year-old, not his real age, but still better than claiming to be in 20s.

"Myself Rahul. Chaalis saal ka ho gaya hoon (I am 40-year-old). Normally iss age tak har kissi ke life mein adha ek twist to aa hi jata hain. Meri life mein bhi ek twist aya, bahut bara twist jisse meri life hi badal gayi (Normally by this age everyone has some twist and turn in their life and so did I, which completely changed my life," the actor said in the film.
